Mobile notaries handle all affidavits, contracts, powers of attorney, real estate documents, healthcare directives, loan signings, and more. We ensure your documents are legally notarized on-site.

3. What is the difference between a notary and a notary signing agent?

While a notary notarizes documents, a notary signing agent specializes in loan closings, guiding borrowers through paperwork and ensuring proper notarizations for mortgages and refinances.

Our mobile notary services are flexible, with availability during evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule.

5. Do you travel to my home or office?

Yes, we travel to homes, offices, hospitals, or other convenient locations within NJ and PA, saving you time and effort

6. How much does a mobile notary charge?

Every notary has their own pricing structure. Our fees depend on length of appointment, travel distance, and peak travel time. There may be additional charges for after-hours service.

7.  Do you provide notary services for out-of-state documents?

Yes, but the signer must be physically present and the document must meet NJ or PA notary requirements. Some documents may require special instructions for use in other states.

8. Can you notarize documents for minors?

Documents can be notarized if the signer understands the content.  Check out blog for a full discussion on this topic, including the fact that a notary can't give any guidance on whether a minor should sign a document or even explain what the document is.

9. Can you notarize documents for someone who doesn’t speak English?

Documents can be notarized if the signer understands the content or has a qualified translator present.

10. Do I need an appointment for mobile notary services?

Yes.
During my volunteer commitments, I provide free notary services. On these occasions, drop-in appointments are often welcomed. Thus, I share on my personal Instagram page, @mylenasutton, my location,  the time frame during which I'm available, and any special instructions.
