Step 2: Select Appointment Length
Your base rate includes a 20-minute appointment.
If you need additional time, you may upgrade:

Free Notary Opportunities

Pricing Policies
Prepayment Required
All appointments require prepayment at the time of booking. This ensures your time is reserved and travel is accounted for.
Appointment Duration & Fees
Appointments are booked in 20-minute increments. During your booked time, I will notarize as many documents as possible. Please have all documents, signatures, and witnesses ready at the scheduled start time to ensure maximum efficiency.
Peak Traffic Premium
modifier applies during high-traffic hours, including weekday mornings and evenings.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply upon arrival for items such as tolls, parking, or other travel-related expenses.
Cash Payments
For the safety and security purposes, cash payments are not accepted for any appointments. All payments must be made electronically.
Convenience Over Documents
Please note: my fees are for time and convenience, not per document.
Late Starts
Clients must be ready at the scheduled appointment time; additional time may be billed or may require a new booking depending on scheduling availability.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations with fewer than 4 hours notice: 50% of the appointment fee is forfeited.
Cancellations with fewer than 2 hours notice: no refund.
